- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a small baking dish with olive oil.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
- Stir in the chopped spinach and half of the shredded cheese into the egg mixture.
- Pour the egg mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese evenly over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is lightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
