- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup marinara sauce (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
- Add the egg to the mixture and mix until everything is well combined.
- Using your hands, form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and golden brown.
- Serve with warm marinara sauce for dipping.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes to the meatball mixture.
- You can substitute ground turkey for ground chicken for a leaner option.
