Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
  • 4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, crumbled bacon, cherry tomatoes, romaine lettuce, cucumber, and red onion.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
