- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: hot sauce for serving
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, warm the corn tortillas for about 30 seconds on each side until pliable. Keep them warm by wrapping them in a clean kitchen towel.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the diced avocados, cherry tomatoes, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Gently toss to combine.
- To assemble the tacos, place a few pieces of chopped bacon on each tortilla. Top with the avocado and tomato mixture, followed by a sprinkle of shredded cheddar cheese and fresh cilantro.
- Serve immediately with hot sauce on the side if desired.
