Description

A creamy and spicy Buffalo Chicken Dip that’s perfect for parties and gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions (for garnish)
  • Tortilla chips, celery sticks, or carrot sticks for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, buffalo wing sauce, and ranch dressing. Mix until well combined.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a slow cooker and spread it evenly.
  3. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled blue cheese (if using) on top of the chicken mixture.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours or until the dip is hot and bubbly, stirring occasionally.
  5. Once done, give it a good stir and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
  6. Serve warm with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or carrot sticks for dipping.

Notes

  • For a spicier dip, add more buffalo wing sauce or a dash of hot sauce.
  • You can substitute the ranch dressing with blue cheese dressing for a stronger flavor.
