A delicious and creamy pasta salad featuring rotini pasta, crispy bacon, and cheddar cheese, all tossed in a flavorful ranch dressing.

- 8 ounces rotini pasta
- 1 cup cooked bacon, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup green onions, sliced
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water until cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, chopped bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, cherry tomatoes, and green onions.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the ranch dressing, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing mixture over the pasta salad and toss until everything is evenly coated.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
Notes
- For a lighter version, substitute Greek yogurt for half of the ranch dressing.
- Add diced bell peppers or cucumbers for extra crunch and color.
