Description

A simple and delicious recipe for cheeseburger sliders that are perfect for parties or family gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef (80/20 blend)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 12 slider buns
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese, halved
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup pickles, sliced
  • Ketchup and mustard, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until just combined.
  3. Press the beef mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the beef is cooked through. Remove from the oven and drain any excess fat.
  5. Slice the slider buns in half horizontally.
  6. Place the bottom halves of the buns in the baking dish. Layer the cooked beef evenly over the buns, then top with the halved cheese slices.
  7. Place the top halves of the buns on the cheese.
  8. Return the sliders to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the buns are slightly toasted.
  9. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
  10. Cut the sliders into individual portions and top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, pickles, ketchup, and mustard as desired.

Notes

  • For a spicy kick, add diced jalapeños to the beef mixture or top the sliders with spicy mustard.
  • You can substitute the cheddar cheese with your favorite cheese, such as pepper jack or Swiss, for a different flavor profile.
