- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 1 cup broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup cauliflower florets (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or olive oil.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, broccoli, cauliflower, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix until well combined.
- Pour the chicken mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the top is lightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

- For added flavor, consider mixing in some cooked bacon or diced bell peppers.
