Description

A creamy and cheesy spinach dip served with crispy tortilla chips, perfect for parties or as a snack.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 package (10 oz) tortilla chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined and creamy.
  3. Spread the spinach dip mixture into a greased 9×9-inch baking dish.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.
  5. While the dip is baking, heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  6. Add the tortilla chips and toast them for about 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are crispy and lightly golden.
  7. Once the dip is done baking, remove it from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
  8. Serve the warm spinach dip with the crispy tortilla chips for dipping.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add 1-2 teaspoons of crushed red pepper flakes to the dip mixture before baking.
