Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 package (10 oz) tortilla chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined and creamy.
- Spread the spinach dip mixture into a greased 9×9-inch baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.
- While the dip is baking, heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the tortilla chips and toast them for about 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are crispy and lightly golden.
- Once the dip is done baking, remove it from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
- Serve the warm spinach dip with the crispy tortilla chips for dipping.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add 1-2 teaspoons of crushed red pepper flakes to the dip mixture before baking.
- You can also substitute the spinach with kale or artichokes for a different flavor profile.
