A refreshing summer drink combining coconut water and hibiscus tea, perfect for hot days.
Ingredients

- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 cup hibiscus tea (brewed and cooled)
- 1 tablespoon honey (or to taste)
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- Ice cubes
- Lime slices and mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Brew hibiscus tea by steeping 2 tablespoons of dried hibiscus flowers in 2 cups of boiling water for about 10 minutes. Strain and let it cool.
- In a pitcher, combine the cooled hibiscus tea, coconut water, honey, and lime juice. Stir well until the honey is fully dissolved.
- Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the mixture over the ice.
- Garnish each glass with a lime slice and a few mint leaves. Serve immediately.

- For a refreshing twist, add a splash of sparkling water before serving.
- Substitute honey with agave syrup or stevia for a lower-calorie option.
