  • 1 can (15 ounces) corn, drained
  • 1 can (4 ounces) diced green chilies
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
  • Lime wedges (for serving)

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
  2. Add the ground turkey to the pot, breaking it up with a spoon. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes.
  3. Stir in the white beans, corn, diced green chilies, cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce heat and let it simmer for 15 minutes.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream and let the chili simmer for another 5 minutes until heated through.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh cilantro and lime wedges on the side.
