- 4 salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- Lemon wedges (for serving)
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Brush the olive oil mixture evenly over the top of each fillet.
- Place the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket, skin-side down, ensuring they are not crowded.
- Cook the salmon in the air fryer for 8-10 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F and the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Carefully remove the salmon from the air fryer and let it rest for a couple of minutes.
- Serve with lemon wedges and garnish with fresh parsley.
Notes
- For a spicy kick, add ½ teaspoon of cayenne pepper to the seasoning mix.
- Serve the salmon over a bed of sautéed spinach or alongside roasted vegetables for a complete meal.
