A delicious and healthy Crunchy Broccoli Salad packed with fresh vegetables and a creamy dressing.
Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1 cup cauliflower florets
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled (optional)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the broccoli florets, cauliflower florets, shredded carrots, red onion, sunflower seeds, raisins, and crumbled bacon if using. Toss to mix the ingredients evenly.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and toss until all the vegetables are well coated.
- Cover the salad and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
Notes
- For a lighter version, substitute Greek yogurt for half of the mayonnaise.
- Add diced apples or grapes for a touch of sweetness and extra crunch.
