Scale
- 1 pound salmon fillet, skin removed and cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.

- In a large skillet, heat a little oil over medium-high heat. Add the salmon bites in a single layer and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Pour the honey garlic sauce over the salmon bites in the skillet and toss gently to coat. Cook for an additional minute to heat through.
- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- For a spicy kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the sauce.
- Serve the salmon bites over a bed of rice or quinoa for a complete meal.
