Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
  3. Stir in the honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  4. In a large skillet, heat a little oil over medium-high heat. Add the salmon bites in a single layer and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Pour the honey garlic sauce over the salmon bites in the skillet and toss gently to coat. Cook for an additional minute to heat through.
  6. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
