Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chickpeas, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, olives, feta cheese, and parsley.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and toss gently to combine all ingredients evenly.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
