Ingredients

  • 2 cups club soda
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup raspberry syrup
  • 1 cup blue raspberry syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes
  • Whipped cream (for topping)
  • Fresh raspberries and blueberries (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, combine the club soda and heavy cream. Stir gently to mix without losing too much carbonation.
  2. Add the vanilla extract and mix again.
  3. In four tall glasses, add ice cubes to fill each glass halfway.
  4. Pour ¼ cup of raspberry syrup into each glass, followed by ¼ cup of the club soda mixture.
