Ingredients

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup fresh mozzarella balls, halved
  • 1/2 cup basil pesto

  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta, cherry tomatoes, and mozzarella balls.
