- 1 large egg

- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease a 12-inch pizza pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add the softened butter, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix until a dough forms.
- Press the dough evenly into the prepared pizza pan. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until lightly golden. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
- In another bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Once the crust is cool, spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the top.
- Arrange the sliced strawberries, blueberries, and banana on top of the cream cheese layer in a decorative pattern. If desired, sprinkle shredded coconut over the fruit.
- Chill the fruit pizza in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
