- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
- 1 cup cocktail sauce
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or a grill pan over medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Thread the shrimp onto skewers, if using, for easier grilling.
- Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they turn pink and opaque.
- Remove the shrimp from the grill and let them cool slightly.
- Arrange the shrimp on a serving platter with lemon wedges and a bowl of cocktail sauce in the center.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For a spicy kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the shrimp seasoning.
