- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1 teaspoon dried thyme

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, thyme, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Rub this spice mixture all over the turkey wings.
- In a large oven-safe skillet or Dutch oven, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the turkey wings and sear them for about 5-7 minutes on each side until browned. Remove the wings and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the sliced onion and minced garlic. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes until the onion is translucent.
- Sprinkle the flour over the onions and garlic, stirring constantly for about 1 minute to cook the flour.
- Gradually whisk in the chicken broth and heavy cream, ensuring there are no lumps. Add Worcestershire sauce and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.
- Return the turkey wings to the skillet, spooning some of the gravy over them. Cover the skillet with a lid or aluminum foil.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the turkey wings are tender and cooked through.
- Once done, remove from the oven and let rest for 10 minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

- For a spicier kick, add chopped jalapeños or a dash of hot sauce to the gravy.
