- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well mixed.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie pan to form a crust.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then remove it from the oven and let it cool slightly.
- In another bowl, mix together the sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, shredded coconut, chopped pecans, mini marshmallows, and vanilla extract.
- Pour this filling over the cooled crust, spreading it evenly.
- Return the pie to the oven and bake for an additional 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
- Let the pie cool at room temperature for at least 30 minutes before slicing.
- Serve warm or at room temperature, optionally with whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.
Notes
- For a fun variation, try adding a layer of peanut butter chips along with the chocolate chips.
