A refreshing White Peach Sangria recipe perfect for summer gatherings.
Ingredients

- 2 cups white wine (such as Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio)
- 1 cup peach schnapps
- 1 cup soda water or lemon-lime soda
- 1 cup fresh peaches, sliced
- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 orange, thinly sliced
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves (optional)
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine the white wine and peach schnapps.
- Add the sliced peaches, strawberries, orange, and lemon to the pitcher.
- Stir gently to combine all the ingredients.
- Refrigerate the mixture for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
- Just before serving, add the soda water or lemon-lime soda and stir gently.
- Serve over ice cubes and garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
Notes
- For a sweeter sangria, add a tablespoon of sugar or simple syrup to the mixture before chilling.
