Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 cup hibiscus tea brewed and cooled
  • 1 tablespoon honey or to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • Ice cubes
  • Lime slices and mint leaves for garnish

Method
 

  1. Brew hibiscus tea by steeping 2 tablespoons of dried hibiscus flowers in 2 cups of boiling water for about 10 minutes. Strain and let it cool.
  2. In a pitcher, combine the cooled hibiscus tea, coconut water, honey, and lime juice. Stir well until the honey is fully dissolved.
  3. Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the mixture over the ice.
  4. Garnish each glass with a lime slice and a few mint leaves. Serve immediately.
