Cooking Instructions

  2. Sear the Beef: Heat a stockpot and add vegetable oil. Sear the beef for 3-5 minutes until browned, then remove and set aside.
  3. Sauté the Vegetables: In the same pot, add onions, celery, bell pepper, and garlic. Sauté for 3-5 minutes until softened.
  4. Build the Broth: Return beef to the pot and stir in soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, oyster sauce, garlic powder, water, and bouillon. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 60 minutes.
  5. Cook the Noodles: Prepare spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  6. Assemble and Serve: Divide spaghetti into bowls, ladle broth with beef over noodles, top with eggs and green onions. Serve hot.
