- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, Alfredo sauce, and milk. Stir until smooth and well-blended.
- Add the shredded cooked chicken, half of the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir until well combined.
- Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter. Pour the chicken mixture evenly into the bottom of the dish.
- Arrange the frozen tater tots in a single layer over the top of the chicken mixture.
- Evenly sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese over the tater tots.
- Place the casserole in the oven and bake for 40-45 minutes until the tater tots are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for about 5-10 minutes. Garnish with parsley before serving.
