Preparation Steps
  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender, starting with Parmesan cheese, vinegar, garlic, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt, black pepper, and honey or maple syrup. Blend on medium speed for 30 seconds.
  2. With the blender running, slowly drizzle in the olive oil until emulsified. Blend for an additional 30 seconds to achieve a smooth consistency.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed, adding more salt, honey, or red pepper flakes. Blend briefly to incorporate.
  4. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
