Preparation Steps
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- Crush 2 to 3 sandwich cookies in a ziplock bag into fine crumbs.
- Melt white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 1-minute intervals until smooth.
- Dip each sandwich cookie into the melted chocolate and shake off excess.
- Sprinkle cookie crumbs over the chocolate-coated cookies and place a Mellowcreme Pumpkin Candy on top.
- Transfer cookies to the refrigerator to chill for 10-15 minutes until chocolate is firm.
