Method
 

Preparation Instructions
  1. Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour in the egg mixture. Cook for 5-7 minutes until set and moist.
  2. Warm the tortillas in a skillet or microwave for 10-15 seconds until soft.
  3. Assemble the burritos by placing cooked eggs, sausage, and cheese in the center of each tortilla, then fold and roll tightly.
  4. Wrap each burrito in plastic wrap and then in aluminum foil. Store in a freezer bag or airtight container.
  5. To reheat, unwrap, wrap in a damp paper towel, and microwave for 1-2 minutes until hot.
