- Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour in the egg mixture. Cook for 5-7 minutes until set and moist.
- Warm the tortillas in a skillet or microwave for 10-15 seconds until soft.
- Assemble the burritos by placing cooked eggs, sausage, and cheese in the center of each tortilla, then fold and roll tightly.
- Wrap each burrito in plastic wrap and then in aluminum foil. Store in a freezer bag or airtight container.
- To reheat, unwrap, wrap in a damp paper towel, and microwave for 1-2 minutes until hot.
