Method
 

Steps
  1. Crush Oreos in a food processor or zip-top bag to a crumbly texture.
  2. Mix crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese and vanilla extract until cohesive.
  3. Scoop and roll about 1 tablespoon of mixture into egg shapes.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  5. Melt white candy melts in intervals; stir until smooth.
  6. Divide coating to color it with pastel food coloring.
  7. Dip each egg into the coating, tapping off excess before placing back on parchment.
  8. Decorate with sprinkles before the coating sets.
  9. Allow decorated balls to sit until the coating hardens.
