  3. Incorporate the cut yardlong beans into the mortar, gently bruising them by pounding for another minute or two.
  4. Transfer the pounded beans into your mixing bowl and add the fish sauce, fermented fish sauce, tamarind paste, and palm sugar. Mix for about 1-2 minutes.
  5. Squeeze fresh lime juice into the dressing and toss in the chopped tomatoes. Mix gently and allow flavors to meld.
