Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups white wine such as Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio
  • 1 cup peach schnapps
  • 1 cup soda water or lemon-lime soda
  • 1 cup fresh peaches sliced
  • 1 cup strawberries hulled and sliced
  • 1 orange thinly sliced
  • 1 lemon thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves optional
  • Ice cubes

Method
 

  1. In a large pitcher, combine the white wine and peach schnapps.
  2. Add the sliced peaches, strawberries, orange, and lemon to the pitcher.
  3. Stir gently to combine all the ingredients.
  4. Refrigerate the mixture for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
  5. Just before serving, add the soda water or lemon-lime soda and stir gently.
  6. Serve over ice cubes and garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
