- In a food processor, pulse together oats, walnuts, and a couple of Medjool dates until it resembles coarse crumbs.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat, add diced apples with maple syrup, cinnamon, and salt. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes until soft.
- In jars or bowls, layer the chia pudding, stewed apples, and crumble. Repeat layering and drizzle with additional apple butter or maple syrup.
