Preheat your oven to 350°F.
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, chopped onion, minced garlic, eggs, parsley, salt, pepper, oregano, and thyme. Mix until well combined.
Transfer the meat mixture to a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a simmer and cook for about 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
Pour half of the balsamic glaze over the meatloaf.
Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour. After 30 minutes, brush the remaining glaze over the top of the meatloaf.
Once cooked, let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
