Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) or the air fryer to 390°F (200°C). Gather your ingredients to streamline the cooking process.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, toss the fresh salmon cubes with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Coat the seasoned salmon cubes with panko breadcrumbs and lightly spray with olive oil.
  4. Place the salmon bites on a baking sheet or air fryer basket and cook for 12-15 minutes in the oven or 8-10 minutes in the air fryer.
  5. While the salmon is cooking, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, lime juice, and honey to make the Bang Bang sauce.
  6. In each serving dish, layer jasmine rice, purple cabbage, sliced avocado, and shredded carrots.
  7. Drizzle Bang Bang sauce over the salmon bites and garnish with green onions, cilantro, and sesame seeds.
