Cooking Instructions
- Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente, about 8–10 minutes. Drain and set aside, reserving some pasta water.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sliced sausage and cook for about 5–7 minutes until browned and caramelized. Remove the sausage and set aside, keeping the drippings in the pan.
- In the same skillet, add more olive oil if needed and lower heat to medium. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant and golden.
- Pour in BBQ sauce and honey, stirring to combine with garlic. Add paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.
- Return sausage and cooked pasta to the skillet and toss everything together until coated with the sauce. Heat through for 1–2 minutes.
- Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
