Instructions

  2. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, approximately 400°F.
  3. Grill the marinated chicken thighs for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
  4. Grill the bacon, sliced ham, and pineapple rings. Cook the bacon until crispy, about 4-5 minutes, and the ham for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Assemble the sandwich with King's Hawaiian buns, grilled chicken thighs, bacon, ham, grilled pineapple, and roasted red peppers.
