  • 1 large egg can be replaced with applesauce
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil or coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup butter for coating

  • 1/2 cup cinnamon sugar mixture combine sugar and cinnamon

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a mini muffin or donut pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together Bisquick, sugar, cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice.
  3. In another bowl, mix pumpkin puree, milk, egg, and vegetable oil until smooth, then combine with dry ingredients.
  4. Fill each cavity of the pan with the batter about two-thirds full and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  5. Melt butter for coating and mix sugar with cinnamon in another bowl. Cool baked donut holes slightly, then roll in melted butter and cinnamon-sugar mix.
  6. Serve warm, ideally with coffee or apple cider.
