- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a mini muffin or donut pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together Bisquick, sugar, cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice.
- In another bowl, mix pumpkin puree, milk, egg, and vegetable oil until smooth, then combine with dry ingredients.
- Fill each cavity of the pan with the batter about two-thirds full and bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Melt butter for coating and mix sugar with cinnamon in another bowl. Cool baked donut holes slightly, then roll in melted butter and cinnamon-sugar mix.
