In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well.
In another bowl, mix together the mashed bananas, almond milk, honey (or maple syrup), almond butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until fully combined. Gently fold in the blueberries.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Allow the bars to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then lift them out using the parchment paper and let them cool completely on a wire rack before cutting into squares.
