Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, combine 1/4 cup of fresh-squeezed orange juice, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of maple syrup, and 1 tablespoon of poppy seeds. Whisk together until well blended.
  2. Peel and chop the kiwi and clementines. Dice the apple and pear. Slice the banana. Arrange in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Gently add the fruit into the bowl. Drizzle enough dressing to lightly coat the fruit. Toss the fruit and dressing together until combined.
  4. Serve immediately in individual bowls, optionally topping with additional poppy seeds.
