  • 2 tablespoons Light Olive Oil Can also use avocado oil
Toppings
  • 2 cups Chicken Diced and pre-cooked, rotisserie chicken recommended
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo Sauce Store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese Shredded or fresh mozzarella
  • 1/4 cup Blue Cheese Dressing Can substitute crumbled blue cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Green Onions Sliced for garnish

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper and place the flatbreads on it. Brush the tops with light olive oil.
  3. Bake the flatbreads for about 5 minutes to warm them up.
  4. Spread buffalo sauce evenly over each flatbread.
  5. Top with diced chicken and mozzarella cheese.
  6. Drizzle blue cheese dressing over the toppings.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are golden and cheese is melted.
  8. Garnish with sliced green onions and serve.
