Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, honey, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and pepper.
Spread the Cajun honey butter mixture evenly over the top of each salmon fillet.
Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the grill. Cook for about 4-5 minutes, then carefully flip and grill for another 3-4 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Remove the salmon from the grill and let it rest for a couple of minutes. Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
