Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Rinse sushi rice under cold water until clear, then combine with water and cook until tender.

  3. Chop cucumber and avocado into strips and cubes respectively, and set aside.
  4. Layer seasoned rice in bowls, then add cucumber, avocado, and imitation crab meat on top.
