Step-by-Step Instructions

  4. Rub sun-dried tomato oil into the chicken pockets.
  5. Stuff the chicken with tomatoes, sun-dried tomato strips, mozzarella, and basil.
  6. Secure each breast with toothpicks.
  7. Sear the chicken in a hot skillet for about 2 minutes on each side.
  8. Mix balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, and garlic to make the glaze.
