  • 2.5 cups All-Purpose Flour measure precisely
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 2 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Kraft Caramel Bits can substitute with chopped soft caramels

Method
 

Cookie Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients until just combined.
  5. Fold in the caramel bits carefully to distribute evenly.
  6. Drop dough balls onto the baking sheets, spacing them about 3 inches apart.
  7. Bake for 11-12 minutes, until the edges are golden but centers are still soft.
  8. Remove from oven, reshape edges if necessary, and transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
