Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces rotini pasta
  • 1 cup cooked bacon chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/2 cup green onions sliced
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water until cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, chopped bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, cherry tomatoes, and green onions.
  3. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the ranch dressing, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing mixture over the pasta salad and toss until everything is evenly coated.
  5. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  6. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
