Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Split the brioche buns and lay them cut side up on a baking tray. Toast for about 5 minutes.

  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for an additional 30 seconds.
  4. In a measuring cup, whisk together beef broth, cornstarch, and beef bouillon until smooth. Pour this mixture into the skillet with ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard; simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Stir in sharp cheddar cheese until fully melted and creamy.
  6. Divide the filling onto the toasted brioche buns, topping each one with a slice of provolone cheese.
  7. Return the assembled Cheesesteak Sloppy Joes to the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes.
  8. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
