  • 2 cups broccoli florets fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup long-grain white rice uncooked
  • 1 can 10.5 ounces cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil optional
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs optional, for topping

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, broccoli florets, uncooked rice, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
  3. If using, drizzle olive oil over the mixture for added flavor and moisture.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  5. If desired, sprinkle breadcrumbs over the top for a crunchy texture.
  6. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
