For the Au Jus
  • 1 cup Beef Broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Lay out the flour tortillas and place roast beef and cheese down the center.
  3. Fold the sides inward and roll the tortillas up tightly.
  4. Brush melted butter over each roll-up and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, and parsley.
  5. Place the roll-ups seam-side down on the baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  6. In a saucepan, combine beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper, and let simmer for 5-7 minutes.
  7. Let the roll-ups cool, cut in half, and serve with the prepared au jus.
