- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Lay out the flour tortillas and place roast beef and cheese down the center.
- Fold the sides inward and roll the tortillas up tightly.
- Brush melted butter over each roll-up and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, and parsley.
- Place the roll-ups seam-side down on the baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- In a saucepan, combine beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper, and let simmer for 5-7 minutes.
- Let the roll-ups cool, cut in half, and serve with the prepared au jus.
