  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup broccoli florets fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup cauliflower florets fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 cup green onions chopped (for garnish)

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or olive oil.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, broccoli, cauliflower, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix until well combined.
  3. Pour the chicken mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the top is lightly golden.
  5. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
