For the Skull Bases
  • 12 oz Mini Mozzarella Balls Use ciliegine for the perfect skull shape.
  • 1 Silicone Skull Mold Ensure it’s heat-resistant for baking.
For Serving
  • 1 cup Balsamic Glaze For drizzling over the skulls.
  • 1 cup Pesto For dipping.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Gather your mini mozzarella balls and silicone skull mold.
  2. Pat each mini mozzarella ball dry using a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
  3. Place one mozzarella ball into each cavity of the silicone skull mold.
  4. Bake for 8-10 minutes until soft and slightly bubbly.
  5. Remove the mold and press the melted mozzarella into the skull shapes.
  6. Check for excess moisture and blot with a clean paper towel.
  7. Chill the mold in the refrigerator for approximately 10 minutes.
  8. Carefully unmold each Mozzarella Cheese Skull and serve with balsamic glaze and pesto.
